Coat Conditioning

The main concern with fur material is keeping the natural oils in the pelts from drying out. Once this happens, the pelts will become stiff, brittle, and weak. At that point, the pelts are beyond repair rendering the garment useless. The natural oils in the pelts evaporate over time. Pollutants, dust, airborne particulates, chemicals all get trapped in the fur and pores of the pelts drying them out even further.

Cleaning and Conditioning your fur will remove the particulates from the pelts and replenish the natural oils on the skins. The cleaning and conditioning process should be done once a year, regardless of wear. This preventative maintenance coupled with Cold Storage will extend the life of the Fur and Keep it looking its best.
